Phil Harris was an American musician. He voiced Baloo the Bear in The Jungle Book and appeared in films such as Good-bye, My Lady, The High and the Mighty with John Wayne, The Patsy, and The Wheeler Dealers with James Garner. Harris served as musical director on The Jell-O Program Starring Jack Benny and starred in his own radio show, The Phil Harris-Alice Faye Show. He released the singles Ev'rybody Wants to Be a Cat, Brazin' Little Rasin', and The Bare Necessities.
