Alfred Drake was an American actor. He appeared in the film Hamlet opposite Richard Burton, and made regular TV appearances in the 1950s. Drake also appeared in the documentary Diary of a Sergeant and the films The Life & Adventures of Santa Claus and Trading Places alongside Jamie Lee Curtis and Eddie Murphy. Beyond film, Drake released the album Sing Out, Sweet Land! (Selections from the Theatre Guild Musical Play) with Burl Ives. His most popular songs included the single Oh! What A Beautiful Mornin'.
