

Jamie Lee Curtis
Jamie Lee Curtis is an American actress and author. Curtis is known for playing Laurie Strode in the Halloween franchise and for her roles in A Fish Called Wanda, Freaky Friday, Christmas with the Kranks, Trading Places, and Knives Out. She has produced the films Halloween and Halloween Kills, and appeared in the 2024 films Borderlands and The Last Showgirl.
Curtis has also made contributions to television, appearing in the series Scream Queens and The Sticky, and hosted IHeartPodcasts’s Personal Journals podcast Good Friend with Jamie Lee Curtis.
Curtis received the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy for her role in True Lies in 1994 and an Academy Award for her role in Everything Everywhere All at Oncein 2023.
