Grant-Lee Phillips is an American musician. He led the group Grant Lee Buffalo, then went solo and released the albums Mobilize, Nineteeneighties, and Walking in the Green Corn. Phillips' most popular songs include Mona Lisa, Red River, and Boys Don't Cry. He appeared in the film Death and Texas and the television series Gilmore Girls.
