Kevin Garnett is a former American basketball player. He was the first NBA player drafted directly from high school in 20 years and played for the Minnesota Timberwolves, Boston Celtics, and Brooklyn Nets. Garnett led the Timberwolves to eight consecutive playoff appearances and is a 15-time NBA All-Star, NBA All-Defensive Team selection, and won the NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award in 2008. He appeared in the film Uncut Gems with Adam Sandler.
