J.B. Smoove is an American actor. He joined the writing staff of Saturday Night Live in 2003 and later appeared in the series 'Til Death. Smoove also played Leon Black in Curb Your Enthusiasm, which he joined in 2007. His film credits include Hurricane Season, Almost Christmas, and Barbershop: The Next Cut.
