
Billie Jean King
Billie Jean King is an American former tennis player. A former world-ranked No. 1, she is regarded as one of the best tennis players of all time. King won 39 Grand Slam singles titles, including six Wimbledon women's singles titles, the Australian Open in 1968, the French Open in 1972, and four US Open women's singles titles. She also won the "Battle of the Sexes" tennis match against Bobby Riggs. King has appeared in the documentaries McEnroe, Venus and Serena, and the series Gods of Tennis.
