Brian Blessed is an English actor. His film roles include Flash Gordon, Hamlet, Much Ado About Nothing, Alexander, and Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. Blessed has also appeared in the TV series Blackadder and I, Claudius. He directed the film King Lear and hosted the comedy podcast Brian Blessed’s Bedtime Stories.
