David Hornsby is an American actor and screenwriter. He joined the core writing and production staff of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, where he wrote a spec script leading to a recurring role as Father Matthew Mara. Hornsby appeared in the series alongside Danny DeVito and Kaitlin Olson. He appeared in and produced the Apple Original series Mythic Quest, and hosted the TV & Film podcast Questie Besties. Hornsby's film credits include Pretty Bird and Merry Little Batman, and he wrote and starred in the series How to Be a Gentleman.
