Kenny Smith is an American basketball player. He is known for hitting seven three-pointers in Game 1 of the 1995 NBA Finals and played point guard for several seasons in the NBA. Smith won NBA Championships in 1994 and 1995 and was named to the All-Rookie First Team in 1988. As a Tar Heel at the University of North Carolina, he set records for assists. Smith has also appeared in the series The Inside Story and produced the documentary Tupac Shakur: Before I Wake.
