Michael Chiklis is an American actor. He is best known for portraying LAPD Detective Vic Mackey in the FX crime drama series The Shield, for which he received the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series. Chiklis has also appeared in the Fantastic Four franchise, the film Eagle Eye, and the series Hotel Cocaine. Beyond acting, he produced the film Pawn and released his popular single The Show.
