Renée Fleming is an American opera soprano. Her music works include opera and concert recordings spanning Baroque opera, Mozart, Italian bel canto, Verdi, Massenet, Puccini, contemporary operas, songs from all eras, and jazz. Her albums include The Beautiful Voice, which won a Grammy Award, Her Greatest Moments at the MET with The Metropolitan Opera, and Schubert: Lieder. She has collaborated with Viggo Mortensen and Howard Shore on the song The Return of the King, and with Howard Shore again on the song The End of All Things, both for the Lord of the Rings soundtrack. Fleming has also worked with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra on the soundtrack song When You Wish Upon A Star from Pinocchio.
