Noriko Hidaka is a Japanese actress, voice actress, and singer. She is known for voicing Satsuki Kusakabe in My Neighbor Totoro, Akane Tendo in Ranma ½, Minami Asakura in Touch, and Masumi Sera in Detective Conan. Hidaka has also lent her voice to Jean Roque Raltique in Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water and Patricia O’Sullivan in Mischievous Twins: The Tales of St. Clare’s.
