Pharrell Williams is a singer, songwriter, rapper, and record producer. He formed the group N.E.R.D with Shay Haley and launched the production duo The Neptunes with Chad Hugo. Williams wrote and performed Happy, featured in Despicable Me 2. He also wrote and performed Get Lucky with Daft Punk and Nile Rodgers, and Committed with Rauw Alejandro. Williams has released the solo albums In My Mind and Girl. He has appeared in the documentary Nas: Time Is Illmatic, the films Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping and Black Is King with Beyoncé and Jay-Z. Williams also hosts Apple Music’s radio show OTHERtone.
