Chris Parnell is an American actor, voice artist, comedian, and singer. He is known for voicing Jerry Smith in Rick and Morty, Cyril Figgis in FX's Archer, and The Progressive Box in Progressive Corporation insurance advertisements. Parnell has also appeared in several films including Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, Hot Rod, Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, 21 Jump Street where he worked with Channing Tatum, and The Dictator.
