

Nelly Furtado
Nelly Furtado is a Portuguese-Canadian singer and songwriter. She released the albums Whoa, Nelly!, Folklore, Loose, Mi Plan - a Spanish-language album for which she won a Latin Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Album in 2010 - and 7. She is known for the songs Promiscuous, Maneater, and Say It Right. Furtado won a Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for I'm Like a Bird in 2001. She collaborated with Dom Dolla on Eat Your Man. Furtado has appeared in the films Max Payne and A Date With Miss Fortune, as well as the documentary Contemporary Color.
