Serj Tankian is an Armenian-American musician. He co-founded the metal outfit System Of A Down. He has released several full-length solo albums including Elect the Dead and Harakiri, the extended play Foundations, the film soundtrack to 1915, and live orchestral albums. Tankian has also released the popular song The Rains of Castamere and appeared in the documentary film Truth to Power.
