She also received the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress - Miniseries or Television Film for her role in Fosse/Verdon, for which she also won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries or Movie. Williams also appeared in the series Dawson's Creek and produced the film Blue Valentine.
