Eric Watson is an American pianist and composer. In his early 20s, Watson moved to France, where he performed classical and jazz music and as an accompanist with a dance troupe. Watson has released albums including Dodging Bullets with Albert Mangelsdorff and John Lindberg and Palimpseste with Joëlle Léandre. He has also worked with musicians Steve Lacy, Ray Anderson, Daniel Humair, Paul Motian, Linda Sharrock.
