Scott Alexander is an American writer, director, and producer. He and Larry Karaszewski sold their first spec screenplay, Homewreckers, to 20th Century Fox soon after graduating from USC in 1986. With Karaszewski, Alexander co-wrote the screenplay for Ed Wood and other biopics. He also appeared in the documentary Eddie Murphy: As Himself. Alexander directed Screwed, produced Big Eyes, and executive produced Impeachment: American Crime Story.
