Rica Matsumoto is a Japanese voice actress, actress, and singer. She is the voice actress of Satoshi in Pokémon, Aoi Futaba in You're Under Arrest, Midori Kodama in Azuki Chan, and Ryo Bakura in Yu-Gi-Oh!. Beyond her voice acting roles, Matsumoto is one of the founders of the anison band JAM Project.
