

Hilary Hahn
Hilary Hahn is an American classical violinist. She released the album Hilary Hahn Plays Higdon & Tchaikovsky: Violin Concertos, which includes Jennifer Higdon's Pulitzer-winning Violin Concerto composed for her. Hahn has also released Hilary Hahn plays Bach: Violin Sonatas Nos. 1 & 2; Partita No. 1, J.S. Bach: Violin Concertos with Jeffrey Kahane and the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, and Night after Night with Jean-Yves Thibaudet and James Newton Howard. Among her notable recordings are Violin Concerto No. 1 in A Minor, BWV 1041: I. (Allegro moderato) with Kahane and the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, Sonata for Piano and Violin in E Minor, K. 304: II. Tempo di minuetto with Natalie Zhu, and The Village: Morning with Thibaudet and Howard. She appears in the documentary Maestro.
