Bobby Brown is an American singer-songwriter. He released his debut solo album King of Stage in 1985 and pioneered new jack swing with his 1988 second album Don't Be Cruel. Brown released the album Bobby in 1992. His most popular songs include My Prerogative, Every Little Step, and Roni. He worked often with Teddy Riley. Prior to his solo career, Brown was a member of New Edition. He has appeared in the films A Thin Line Between Love and Hate and Two Can Play That Game.
