Toby Jones is a British actor. His film credits include Orlando, Captain America: The First Avenger, The Hunger Games, Morgan, and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Jones also voiced Dobby in the Harry Potter series and appeared in the animated series What If...? He has starred in two Apple Original Films: Tetris and The Instigators.
