Keegan Allen is an American actor. His early work includes the comedy short Small Emergencies, guest-starring in an episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and a minor appearance on Big Time Rush. Allen is best known for playing Toby Cavanaugh in Pretty Little Liars. He has also appeared in the films King Cobra alongside James Franco and Alicia Silverstone, A Moving Romance, and No Escape. Allen has since starred in the series Walker. Beyond acting, he has released the singles Million Miles Away, Inside Day, and Time and Lemonade.
