She has appeared in several films including Cityscrapes: Los Angeles, The Fan, A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master, and horror films such as Amityville Bigfoot, Go Away, Back in The No, and The Amityville Moon. Knight has also appeared in the television miniseries The Preppie Murder.
