Jesse L. Martin is an American actor and singer. He is known for his roles as Captain Joe West in The Flash and NYPD Detective Ed Green in Law & Order. Martin has also appeared in films such as A Christmas Carol: The Musical, Rent, and Joyful Noise. He starred in the series The Irrational and produced the film Re: Uniting.
