Isolated in a grand country manor, a reclusive artist named Thomas Alexander (James McAvoy) spends a passionate and paranoid weekend with his ex-lover, an obsessive fan, and a potential muse. Thomas engages in a psychological game with his housemates, hoping to spark a new wave of artistic brilliance.
