Lee Marvin was an American actor. Marvin initially appeared in supporting roles, mostly as villains and other hardboiled characters. He was in films such as The Stranger Wore a Gun, Donovan's Reef, and Cat Ballou. For the latter, he received the Academy Award for Best Actor and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor - Motion Picture Musical or Comedy. He also starred in The Dirty Dozen, Shout at the Devil, and Delta Force. Marvin also had a hit single with Wand'rin' Star. He died in 1987.
