Mary Beth Peil is an American singer and actress. She won the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions in 1964, leading to a contract with the Metropolitan Opera National Company. Peil performed in two seasons of their national tours as a leading soprano from 1965 to 1967. She has appeared in television series such as Dawson's Creek, where she portrayed Evelyn "Grams" Ryan, The Good Wife as Jackie Florrick, and The Reagans. Her film appearances include The Odd Couple II, The List, and Mirrors.
