Walter Huston was a Canadian actor and singer. He appeared in films such as The Treasure of the Sierra Madre, for which he won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor, And Then There Were None, Dodsworth, The Outlaw, and Yankee Doodle Dandy. He is also known for his recording of September Song. He was the patriarch of the multi-generation Huston acting family. Huston passed away in 1950.
