Jackie Chan is a Hong Kong actor and martial artist. He is known for his pioneering martial arts comedy films, starting with 1978's Snake in the Eagle's Shadow.

Chan has appeared in the Rush Hour film franchise, The Forbidden Kingdom with fellow martial arts star Jet Li, The Cannonball Run, The Karate Kid, and Kung Fu Panda, where he voiced a character alongside Angelina Jolie. He also provided his voice for the animated series Jackie Chan Adventures. In 2016, he won an Academy Honorary Award for his extraordinary achievements in film.
