
Carrie Underwood
Carrie Underwood is an American country music singer and songwriter. She released her debut album Some Hearts in 2005, the same year she was proclaimed the winner of American Idol Season 4. Some Hearts features the hit singles Jesus, Take the Wheel and Before He Cheats.
Underwood built on her debut's success with 2007’s Carnival Ride, 2009’s Play On, and 2012’s Blown Away, and in 2015 won a Grammy Award for Best Country Solo Performance for Something in the Water. Underwood has collaborated with Cody Johnson, Jason Aldeen, and Keith Urban, among others, and appeared in films like Soul Surfer, The Sound of Music Live!, and Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping. She has performed the Sunday Night Football theme song since 2013.
