Tony Jay was a British actor. He appeared in films such as Twins, with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito and My Stepmother Is an Alien. He also voiced Claude Frollo in Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame and had various other voice roles in movies such as Thumbelina, Time Bandits, and The Rugrats Movie.
