In BANK OF DAVE 2: THE LOAN RANGER, Dave (Rory Kinnear) is enjoying the success of taking on the financial world to set up his own fairer bank. Appearing on TV and radio shows to tell his story, he's met by a caller describing her nightmare experience with a payday loan. Unable to shake his concern, Dave researches other people who've been impacted and soon he's teaming up with local Citizens Advice volunteer Oliver (Amit Shah) and U.S. financial journalist Jessica (Chrissy Metz) to try and take the companies down.
