David Essex is a British actor and singer-songwriter. He released the album Rock On, which featured the popular song of the same name. He appeared on Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of the Worlds featuring Richard Burton. Essex has also appeared in films such as Hoodies vs Hooligans, That'll Be the Day, and The Black Prince.
