Derek Phillips is an American actor. He played Billy Riggins on Friday Night Lights. Phillips has had roles on Private Practice and Longmire, and he has appeared in films such as Lake George and Retake. He and his Friday Night Lights co-star Stacey Oristano have hosted Clear Eyes, Full Hearts: A Friday Night Lights Rewatch Podcast.
