Lou Diamond Phillips is an American actor. He starred as Ritchie Valens in La Bamba and appeared in films such as Stand and Deliver and Young Guns. Phillips has also been in several television series including Longmire, Prodigal Son, Stargate Universe, and The Triangle. Behind the camera, he has directed the films Sioux City and Love Takes Wing.
