He may be 51 editions of his mix series in, but the joy of sharing new discoveries still hasn’t worn off for John Digweed. “After a month away, Compiled & Mixed returns and I can honestly say the backlog of new music to select from for this one was significant,” the DJ and producer tells Apple Music about this February 2026 installment. Expect both “big vocal moments” (courtesy of Lost Astronaut and closer “Aria” by Yes to All, a linkup between D-Formation and Alex Medina) and some “moodier territory” as this mix gets going. There is, too, one song in particular that Digweed can’t get enough of this month. “Definitely a standout this time is ‘Miles Away’ from the Secret Guest,” he says. “In fact, I’ve included two different versions of it. I think this one is a real showcase of everything I love about the entire atmospheric breaks genre and how emotional and uplifting this music can get.”
