American former professional basketball player

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is a former American basketball player. He played 20 NBA seasons for the Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Lakers, winning six NBA MVP awards, being named a multiple NBA All-Star, and a multiple NBA All-Defensive Team member. He also played for the UCLA Bruins. Abdul-Jabbar has appeared in the documentary Bruce Lee: A Warrior’s Journey, the film Airplane!, and the series Legacy: The True Story of the LA Lakers.
