Tetsuya Kakihara is a Japanese voice actor and singer. He voiced Shino Inuzuka in the anime series Hakkenden: Eight Dogs of the East and appeared in the series Love All Play. He released his first mini-album Still on Journey and first single String of Pain. Among his songs are 泉 Shangri-la and GENERATIONS.
