Renato Rascel was an Italian actor and singer (1912-1991). He wrote and sang Arrivederci Roma. He appeared in films including The Secret of Santa Vittoria and Uncle Was a Vampire. He represented Italy in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1960 with the song Romantica.
