Ernie Hudson is an American actor. He served as the resident playwright at Concept East before establishing the Actors' Ensemble Theatre. He's since made many appearances on TV and film. He's best known for his roles in the Ghostbusters franchise. He's also appeared in films including Congo and Miss Congeniality. On the small screen, he played major roles in Oz, Desperate Housewives, L.A.'s Finest, and Carl Weber's The Family Business.
