Bill Murray is an American actor and comedian. He appeared as a cast member on Saturday Night Live from 1977 to 1980. Murray is also known for his role as Peter Venkman in the Ghostbusters franchise. He has also appeared in Lost in Translation, Scrooged, and Groundhog Day. He has also starred in Apple Original Films On The Rocks and The Greatest Beer Run Ever, as well as Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. He has appeared in several Wes Anderson films, including The Royal Tenenbaums and The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou. Murray has co-directed Quick Change and received a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Miniseries or Movie for Olive Kitteridge.
