Jan Delay is a German rapper and singer. He co-founded the hip-hop group Absolute Beginner and later founded his own label Eimsbush. With Beginner, he released the EP Gotting. The group later had a breakthrough with the album Flashnizm in 1996. Jan Delay has also released the albums Earth, Wind & Feiern, Mercedes Dance, and Searching for the Jan Soul Rebels. His most popular songs include Klar, St. Pauli, and Oh Jonny.
