Her most popular songs include I'm the Only One, Come To My Window, and I Want to Come Over. Etheridge received an Academy Award for Best Original Song for I Need to Wake Up. She has appeared in the films Jackie's Back! and Sesame Street: All-Star Alphabet, and the docuseries Melissa Etheridge: I'm Not Broken.
