Seu Jorge is a Brazilian recording artist, musician, and singer-songwriter. He led Farofa Carioca, a Brazilian pop outfit, and mounted a solo career in 1999. He released albums including Músicas para Churrasco, Vol. 1, Música para Churrasco, Vol. 2, and The Life Aquatic - Studio Sessions. The Life Aquatic - Studio Sessions featured covers from the film The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou in which he also appeared alongside Cate Blanchett. His most popular songs include Life On Mars?, Rebel Rebel, and Amiga da Minha Mulher. Jorge has also appeared in the films City of God and Pelé: Birth of a Legend alongside Pelé.
