Clare Bowen is an Australian actress and singer. She studied the creative arts at university, appearing on stage throughout Australia before graduating in 2006 and continuing her theatrical career there. Bowen played Scarlett O'Connor in the TV show Nashville alongside Hayden Panettiere. Her film credits include The Clinic, Dead Man's Burden, #Xmas, and Sand Dollar Cove with Chad Michael Murray. She has released the singles Love Steps In, Helpless and World Brand New with Brandon Robert Young as BOWEN YOUNG.
