Bas Rutten is a Dutch-American mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter, professional wrestler, and kickboxer. He has appeared in films such as Here Comes the Boom with Salma Hayek and Joe Rogan, Sinners and Saints, and Mercy Rule. Rutten also featured in the series Human Weapon. As a kickboxer, Rutten challenged for the European Muay Thai title in 1991 against Frank Lobman and fought 16 times, winning the first 14 by knockout. He is a three-time King of Pancrase world champion.
