Morgan Freeman is an American actor and producer. Freeman's film credits include The Shawshank Redemption, Driving Miss Daisy, Glory, The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises, Now You See Me, Olympus Has Fallen, and the Apple Original Film Sidney. He received an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Million Dollar Baby. Freeman has also made notable contributions to television, appearing in the series Lioness and producing Great Escapes With Morgan Freeman and Madam Secretary. He has directed the film Bopha!.
